Dissemination


The project results are disseminated to the scientific community and to a wider audience through this project website,
communications to conferences, and scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Outreach activity

The project also contributed to public outreach initiatives. In particular, it was presented during the European Researchers’ Night event “S.T.R.E.E.T.S. to (the) square – Dove le culture si incontrano”, held in Salerno on 11 October 2025, aimed at communicating scientific research to the general public and promoting interaction between researchers and society.



Communications to Conferences

  • 8-11 July 2025
Principal Investigator participated in the 22th international Conference on Nanosciences & Nanotechnologies held in Salonicco, Greece.
During the conference, the PI delivered an invited talk titled "1D and 2D Nanostructures for sensing", which provided an opportunity to present the project's key findings to a global audience of experts in the field. This event not only helped increase the visibility of the 2DEGAS project but also fostered valuable scientific exchange and potential future collaborations.

  • 1-7 December 2024
Principal Investigator participated in the international MRS Fall Meeting 2024 held in Boston, USA. During the conference, the PI delivered a talk titled "Two-Dimensional MoS2 based Field Effect Transistors as Gas Nano-Sensors".
